Do you want to make a return? 

For it some conditions must be met

Indicate your willingness to return the item to the following email address: within 7 working days from receipt of the item.

The article should be: 

  • in its initial box 
  • totally new (DSWT)
  • unworn 
  • Not used
  • the one originally ordered.

If any of these conditions is not respected, we will not be able to accept your return request. 

How to return the desired item? 

Nothing could be simpler, a return form and a slip will be sent to your mailbox. You must print it, in order to insert it in your package.

This document is necessary for the proper processing of your order. If it does not appear in your package then the return will be considered "invalid". 

Can I use the original product packaging as the shipping package? 

No, in order to guarantee the intact condition of the product you must then, as with our dispatch, insert the article in a larger box. The simple purpose of this condition is to preserve the condition of the product and thus guarantee the validation of your return. 

Compensation may be claimed from you if the original packaging of the returned product reaches us damaged.

Do I therefore have to plan for additional costs? 

If your order was delivered in Metropolitan France, you have nothing to pay, The French Reseller offers you the return!

If your order was delivered outside mainland France:

Pack carefully the product (s) to be returned, then return your package via the carrier of your choice to the following address:

How do I know if my return has been accepted? 

Your request has been accepted: The sums paid are refunded as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen days from receipt.

Your request has been considered invalid: 

We will contact you by email or phone within a maximum of 7 days from receipt of your return by our team. You will then have the option of having your product returned to the address of your choice, at your expense.

Regarding returns for sale items, reduced shipping costs will be your responsibility. Products from the ATNT PARIS range cannot be exchanged or refunded.
